GRP axle slugs - for towing the bag. The slugs slip over the stainless steel axle on the rear wheel, and then the wheels can be fitted through holes in the bottom of the bag. This makes it easy to tow your X-sail, rather than carrying it; it's worth doing if you need to transport it more than 50m or more. Sold in pairs.
