Apparent Wind Indicator

The indicator is used to show the direction the Apparent wind is coming from, as this changes when your speed increases and decreases. Keeping an eye on it will let you trim your sail to make best use of the wind.

The Apparent Wind Indicator mounts on the lower mast or mast base, and gives a quick and accurate reference to wind direction without having to look at the top of the mast or sail. It's easily mounted and removed with a secure adjustable bracket.

The aluminium support rod can be bent to any required angle, but is easily straightened if accidentally knocked. The complete unit removes for safe storage without any tools.
